Mindful Globe Project was set up to offer a wide variety of Mindfulness courses, workshops, retreats and events. The format of those is informative, compassionate, inclusive and secular. Mindful Globe’s mission is to raise awareness of the benefits of Mindfulness with people around the world. Mindful Globe is a London-based not-for-profit initiative.
Mindful Globe offers accessible programs, meaning you do not have to buy expensive equipment, worry about mats, cushions, chairs. In addition Mindful Globe offers bespoke tailored programs to either suit your personal needs, or your team’s needs (e.g. 1:1 Mindfulness Coaching, Online programs, Mindfulness for Mental Health Professionals, Mindful Leadership Programs, etc.). Founder and Teachers
Our teachers are experienced and certified Mindfulness Teachers and Coaches, who teach in a compassionate and informative manner. There is always space for your own development, as well as further enquiry with the current teacher.
Dilya Mavlanova-August is a founder of the Mindful Globe project and the lead teacher. Di has been on a Mindfulness journey for over 5 years.
Di’s teaching started in the corporate setting in Central London, where she is established as a successful financial services professional. She founded a Mindfulness Community to share her experience, latest scientific results, guide meditations and offer talks on the wellbeing. Participants provided positive feedback on simple, and sustainable solutions to support them through their challenges.
Di is trained to teach Mindfulness-based practices, Compassion-based practices, Loving-Kindness meditation, and various visualisation practices for greater wellbeing and personal growth. She accomplished a number of Mindfulness courses, including MindfulnessUK Teacher Training.
