Our silent guided Mindfulness retreat is perfect for those who would like to experience some peace, space and calm. Meditate, unplug, relax and unwind.

Our day-time urban retreat in Central London, hosted in a wonderful, tranquil boutique yoga space. It offers silent participation in a range of Mindfulness, Self-compassion, and Self-reflection practices, as well as periods of silence.

In our busy lives many of our choices are made on auto-pilot or driven by someone else’s needs. Having a chance to pause and re-calibrate will allow the participants to get a sense of harmony and perspective, and leave the place relaxed and nourished.

Spending time in silence, while taking part in the Mindfulness activities, will help you to attain a deeper connection with yourself. In addition to the sitting practices, we will do some gentle mindful movement to allow our bodies release the tension and discomfort.

This experience is a great chance to offer yourself some quiet time, self-care and self-compassion. People who joined our past retreats told us they experienced greater clarity, spaciousness, calm, and a sense of perspective.
