Its framework was designed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, an established American Doctor and Professor, founder of the Stress Reduction Clinic, and Centre of Mindfulness in Medicine and Health Care. It is understood to be the most well-researched Mindfulness course in the recent decade. Thousands of people have benefited it worldwide.

The regular Mindfulness meditation practice that is integrated into this course brings with it many benefits, including dealing with stress, anxiety, and panic. Research has proved this course’s effectiveness in improving emotional regulation, clarity and focus, and pain management.

The course is also perfect for Mindfulness practitioners who wish to deepen their practice, as it requires 2 hours of face-to-face learning per week, along with daily practices to accomplish.

Through our MBSR course you will learn about the Neuroscience of Mindfulness, and its latest results, practical tools, understanding of psychological and physical benefits of mindfulness and its impact on our emotions, actions, and wellbeing. The course program will include mindfulness meditation practices, tips on daily mindful living, gentle movement, group reflections, and simple practical home tasks.

The course includes a retreat day, where you will be offered more mindfulness practices, silent lunch, reflections, and poetry.

• The course will be delivered via 2 hours of face-to-face learning per week, plus simple practical home tasks
• No prior meditation experience is required
